- Accredo’s Inventory Control module enables you to keep track of stock levels, print sales reports and price lists, and streamline stocktaking processes.
- Accredo’s Order Entry module allows you to automatically fulfil backorders, print packing slips and generate invoices from orders, saving time in data re-entry and reducing the risk of human error.
- Once the data is in the Accredo system, you can produce it any format to suit. For example, you can print packing slips from invoices and email invoices and packing slips to customers either as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file for printing or in another format for them to import directly into their system.
- Accredo Saturn’s multiple locations, branches and departments help you keep track of exactly where your stock is, allowing you to fulfil orders quickly and efficiently, provide customers with the correct information and minimise costly mistakes.
- Accredo allows you to flag whether or not a customer accept back orders. If the customer does accept back orders, any out of stock items are placed on back order in Order Entry; if they do not, the system will only supply the available products and delete any unavailable items from the packing slip.
- You can print bar code labels, shelf and delivery labels directly from your Accredo system. With multiple delivery addresses per customer, just select the correct delivery address and the number of labels required to print.
- Performing stock takes using your barcode scanner and importing the data directly into your Accredo system saves time and increases the accuracy of your stocktaking process.
- When goods arrive, use Accredo’s shipments function to roll streams of data from multiple purchase orders into a single shipment document.
