- Accredo’s Job Costing module gives you all the tools you need to prepare estimates and quotes. When the job is under way, analyse your estimates against actual costs to develop an accurate, reliable system that will maximise profits and minimise stress for all concerned.
- Use Accredo’s standing orders and document duplication to fulfil repeat orders quickly and easily, with 100% accuracy. For example, if a customer orders the same goods regularly, set up a standing order, listing all of their regularly ordered product. If a customer wants “more of what we had last time”, don’t miss out on a sale because you don’t know the product code, just duplicate the previous order or invoice with all the correct details on it and edit it from there.
- Because Accredo lets you save documents in any format, you can email orders straight back to head office for extra-fast processing, either as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file for printing or in another format for importing directly into Accredo or another system.
