Sales Analysis - Customer by Product report
Sales Analysis has been redesigned to provide requested improvements including sorting and limiting, SQL queries, supressing fields to make reports less cluttered, and Foreign Exchange reporting. One request was for reporting on YTD This and YTD Last.
Reminders
There are now 3 types of Memo. Alarms, Memos, and Reminders. Reminders are new for Release 3.00. You can setup Reminders that will pop up in Accredo at a specified time and only appear for the Target User Code. If you have setup a Reminder with your User Code as the Target User, the reminder will only pop up for you. Reminders are useful for reminding you of a scheduled meeting. Reminders have a Reminder Interval to remind you at a specified time before the event; and when you logon Accredo checks for reminders.
End of Period Processing
Don’t wait for year end to fix up discrepancies in your accounts. It is good practice to make sure your sub ledgers balance with your General Ledger each month before you print out your month end reports and roll the ledgers.

Post Code Finder
As you will be aware, NZ Post is making the use of post codes a requirement when sending mail. This will likely require frequent visits to the post code finder website to look up a post code, which can be a nuisance.
Word Lookups
If you are not using word lookups already as a quick way to locate MasterFiles such as Customers, Creditors and Products by their name or other field, here’s a quick example of finding a customer by part of their name when entering an invoice.
