Put yourself in control

Achieve fulfilment
When a customer places an order to be filled immediately, you will ideally have everything in stock. But it’s not a perfect world, so use Accredo OE to place unavailable items on back order – you decide whether to wait until each individual item, the entire quantity of each item or the entire order is available before orders are filled. Back orders can be fulfilled manually or automatically when goods arrive.

Get it right
Control back orders by product or by customer. If a product is no longer available, don’t waste your customers’ time or your own placing it on back order – flag this in Inventory Control (IC), sell any remaining items and move on. And if some of your customers do not accept back orders, record this on the customer record in Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure you are not stuck with a whole shipment of out of season goods or last year’s fashion items.

Build loyalty
Make it easy for your customers to remain loyal – set up a standing order in Accredo, listing all of their favourite products, and provide them with copies. All they need to do is fill in quantities and fax back the completed order form every time they need more. Go one step further and add Accredo’s Data Interchange (DI) module to your system, then create electronic order forms for customers to email to you.

Accredo’s open periods also allow you to enter forward orders – reserving goods to be shipped to customers at a future date, without affecting current stock levels.

How many sales did you lose last year because you could not supply the goods in time? Accredo’s OE tracks both sold and unsold items on every order, helping you to constantly improve your stock management and maximise profit levels.

Win the paper war
Combined with other Accredo modules, OE will help you to win the paper war, minimise data entry errors and make life easier for yourself and your staff. Combine OE with required module Invoicing System (IN) to turn quotes into orders, orders into invoices and print invoices as picking or packing slips. Automatically sort picking/packing slips by bin location, product code or any other criteria that is useful to your business, then save the sort order or revert to the original one after printing. Optionally add EDI to allow remote order entry and import via a handheld device, or export data from OE to your warehouse for picking and packing.

Repeat your successes
Customers know what they like, but they may not always remember your product codes and names. With Accredo’s 99-year history and advanced duplication functions, repeat orders are not a prOElem. Just find the previous order and duplicate it to create a new order with the correct product codes and customer details already loaded. Or use standing orders for super fast, super accurate order entry from any location.
