Accredo’s document designers also give you control over the content of your documents – create different versions for different situations – detailed invoices for big customers, summarised for those who hate paperwork. Copy and paste or enter large blocks of text such as descriptions of work, instructions or warnings, or use scripting to add extra information automatically for certain products or customers.

Once you have created your invoices, quotes, packing slips, print each one individually and immediately, or print them in batches at the end of each day, week or month. Integrate
Because Accredo’s invoicing system is fully integrated with other modules, restrictions such as credit limits, requirements for order numbers, alarms and stop credit warnings on customers automatically filter through from Accounts Receivable (AR), while product descriptions, images and other details are taken directly from Inventory Control (IC). Data in IC also determines whether kitsets appear as single items or separate components on invoices, while orders in the Order Entry (OE) module can be generated as invoices. And Accredo makes cash sales easy, with the option to post invoices immediately and process to AR as a fully allocated sale.
