What are their qualifications?
All of our QSPs are required to attend a two-day intensive training course to obtain certification, and they must attend a refresher course at least once a year to maintain their qualification. The training provides our QSPs with an in-depth current knowledge of Accredo systems, allowing them to help you obtain the maximum benefit from your Accredo software. Many QSPs are also trained and skilled in scripting, and can work with you to customise Accredo software to suit your individual business needs.
QSP training courses are generally held in Auckland, Palmerston North and Christchurch.
What are the benefits of working with a QSP?
Because our QSPs are based in all areas of New Zealand, when you deal with a local QSP, you are dealing with somebody who works in the same business environment as you and understands local conditions. You can obtain their help quickly and economically when you need it, without expensive toll calls or the waiting and costs associated with flying in help from out of town. As your QSP is involved with you right from the start – in identifying your business needs, helping you to select the right software, implementing it and perhaps customising it – they already know your business and your setup, so every time you contact them, you are building on that relationship, rather than having to explain your business and needs to a different person every time you want to enhance your Accredo system.
